Sites & Rates
Payment Policy: 50% is due at the time of booking the reservation and we will collect the rest 15 days before check-in. No refund of deposit.
Lake Front Cove
Our waterfront cove offers a sense of balance between shade trees and water activities. Enjoy quieter
sites with more room between you and the waters edge for activities like corn hole, cooking, and
relaxing.
Lake View Peninsula
Welcome to your peninsula paradise! Our Lakeview sites are on the water’s edge with 270* views of
beautiful lake Brownwood and the hills of central Texas as your backdrop. Sunsets are incredible from
each site. Book now to enjoy a truly unique experience on the water!
Green Belt
Nestled in the trees with well-defined and comfy sites. These sites back up to our green belt where children play and people relax in lawn chairs and families find comfort in the shade all while enjoying the plentiful lake views. An easy walking distance to the water. Green belt sites provide a blend of true camping and lake experiences.
Premier Camping
Welcome to your peninsula paradise! These awesome sites are on the water’s edge next to our lakeview
sites with 270* views of beautiful lake Brownwood and the hills of central Texas as your backdrop.
Sunsets are incredible from each site. Book now to enjoy a truly unique experience on the water! They
come with 30/120 and water. NO SEPTIC. Dump station is conveniently located on site. See map for
location. Our premier camping sites have NO SEPTIC and allow both 30AMP and Tent camping.
Primitive Camping
We have four spacious primitive campsites surrounded by tall shade trees at the west side of
our green belt. Enjoy the cool grass, stunning lake views and evening sunsets at a perfect
distance from the water. 30/120 and water at each site. NO SEPTIC. Dump station is on site.
Tent Camping
Sandy Beach RV Park is all about bringing people together! That’s why we offer tent camping on any of our primitive or premier sites. They are large, well-defined areas, along with ample parking and your own electric hookups for easy recharging. Same rates apply. ***Tents may be added to any RV or cabana reservation at $25 per tent/night.
Cabana
No RV? No problem. Sandy Beach Park has you covered! Reserve your very own VIP Cabana complete with shade, space, comfort, and nearby park amenities. Located in the center of our quaint peninsula many of our guests also add a cabana to their reservation for extra hangout or storage space. A private Cabana is the way to enhance your experience at Sandy Beach RV Park. Reserve yours today!
